The extrusion molding temperature of PS is between 150 and 200 ℃.

3. Foam molding

Using GPPS as a raw material, foaming agents are divided into chemical foaming agents and physical foaming agents. Adopt one-step extrusion, directly mix the foaming agent with PS or inject the physical foaming agent into the PS melt in the extrusion melting section, extrude and foam, and then cool. The foam made of GPPS has the advantages of fine cells and high strength.
