1. Identification check: Whether the aluminum profile case and packaging are marked with the product standard code and production license number, etc.
2. Surface quality: In addition to cleaning the surface of the aluminum chassis, no defects such as cracks, peeling, corrosion, and bubbles are allowed, but also corrosion spots, electric burns, black spots, and oxide film shedding are not allowed.
3. Oxide film thickness: The oxide film of the aluminum profile is formed during anodization, which has protective and decorative functions and can be detected by an eddy current thickness gauge.
4. Sealing quality: There are many voids on the surface of the aluminum profile after anodization. If it is not sealed or the sealing is not good, the corrosion resistance of the aluminum profile will be reduced. The commonly used methods of sealing quality inspection are acid leaching, admittance method and phosphobutyric acid method. The acid leaching method is generally used in the on-site inspection, that is, the surface of the aluminum profile is scrubbed with acetone to remove oil and dust, and 50% nitric acid by volume is dropped on the surface and gently scrubbed. After 1 minute, wash off the nitric acid with water, and then wipe Dry, drop a drop of medical purple medicine on the surface, after 1 minute, wipe off the purple medicine and thoroughly clean the surface, carefully observe the traces left, the aluminum profile with poor sealing will leave obvious traces, the heavier the traces indicate the sealing quality The worse.
5. Corrosion resistance: This index mainly affects the life of aluminum profiles. Corrosion resistance inspections include copper accelerated acetic acid salt spray test and alkali dripping test. Here we introduce the alkali dripping test, that is, at 35℃±1℃, it will be approximately 10mg, 100g/L NaOH solution is dropped on the surface of the aluminum profile, visually observe the droplet until corrosion bubbling occurs, and calculate the penetration time of the oxide film. This test is easy to make rough judgments outdoors in summer, in order to ensure the test The accuracy must be carried out under the strict conditions of the laboratory.
